Eligibility Date for Citizenship

Hi,

I am thankful to this forum; it helped me to get till ILR. My next questions is about the eligibility date of citizenship, below are the details.

First got HSMP, valid from 17th Dec 2007
Entered UK on 8th March 2008
Renewed to Tier-1 which was valid till 17th Dec 2012
Got ILR on 21 Nov 2012 (Applied just 28 days before tier-1 expiry date)
When will I be eligible for citizenship - ?
