Wp + Tier 2 ICT ILR

Post by mayav » Fri May 10, 2013 2:53 pm

Hi,

I was issued WP on effective 13th May 2008 and I landed in Uk on 13th July2008. I got my visa extended as Tier 2 ICT in April 2012 in UK.

I was allocated to india for training purposes and travelled on 4th Sep 2010 to india. I came back on 4th feb 2011 to UK. I came back in same visa that was issued in April 2010. i have been outside for 153 days(0th sep 2010 to 04 feb 2011).

I again travelled to india on 20-nov-2011 for 63 days and returned on 22 Jan-2012 to UK.During this time i was working for same client/same project from india.

I got my Tier 2 ICT extended from UK in April 2012 again.

I have been on sme project and same client and same sponsor during past 5 years.

below is my list of absences:

From To Reason
22-Aug-08 25-Aug-08 Annual Leave
24-Jun-09 12-Jul-09 Annual Leave
20-Dec-09 11-Jan-10 Annual Leave
04-Sep-10 04-Feb-11 Business Purposes (153 days)
29-Apr-11 02-May-11 Annual Leave
20-Nov-11 22-Jan-12 Business Purposes(63 days)
09-Dec-12 02-Jan-13 Annual Leave

Am i eliglible for ILR under new rules (180 days absence).

Do I need to give letter for Long absence (153 days and 63 days) though it was over the perio 2010-2011 and 2011-2012.

is there any format for long absence letter to UKBA.
