Change of Sponsor in Tier 2 ICT after 2011 Rule

Hi-

Moved to UK under Tier 2 Long term Staff migrant in July-2011, currently have my biometric card and visa till 2015.

Can I change my Sponsor ? without leaving UK ?

No - you cannot switch in country. If you left, you would be subject to a 12 month cooling off period before you could make a new application.
