UK born child application for british citizenship

Hello,

Can someone help me I want to apply for my uk born child ( 3 Years) for british citizenships registration . I and my partner just got ILR approved and biometric card. I understand we need to apply by using form MN1. Can you please tell me what are the original documents you needed?
Can I send Child birth certificate, his passport and our marriage certificate original and copy of my and my partner passport and biometric card ( or do they require original?). Does UKBA need more documents apart from these please advise.
I found MN1 form dated December 2012, is it latest? Or please can someone supply the link for latest form?
Please can you confirm the latest fee for the application.
