Eea4 spent time out of uk

Hi can some explain me do I have to explain in my eea4 apication how many times my eu spouse. Was out from the. Uk
As I know I have to put my self detail about me how may time I spent out of uk.
I'm confused. Is that question is just about me or both of us

Like we went to may time on holidays. Together and some time she went by her self. On her county to vist her. Family so as I understand I am a visa national so I have to put all the time I spent out of uk
But do I have to mention how many time she went on holiday to out of uk as she is a EU national ??
And she never been out from the uk for over 6 month infact in each year she been saty out of uk no more the a 12 days a year
