Visa refused after interview

Post by removed user » Sat May 11, 2013 6:11 pm

Hi

Visa has been refused today (they objected that i did not provide viable evidence). No right of appeal has been given because i still have the visa until September. My question is, can i reapply on a new company? can they relate it to the previous application by any chance?

Thanks

Yes you can re-apply within your due valid visa period but the problem is if you go with new company formation docs,so what genuine reason would you put for your change of mind.I mean what will be your clarification to their refusal issues or how you will justify your correct position against the refusal if you form a new company. I cant see your refusal's issues, however, generally for example,if they have raised issue on your business activity or business materials, how you will prove them in new company formation.

Go ahead with your new company formation provided that you can prove it better than previous company and its business activity against the refusal's issues.

Further, you need to explain the reason of your new company in your covering letter/statement which can cover all areas of your points claimed together addressing on the issue in the previous refusal.

I think this will be helpful to some extent.
Experience and understanding can get you to the goal.Every information based on my own experience is friendly shared in goodfaith.

Visa refused after interview

Post by Hellopino » Sun May 12, 2013 12:05 pm

Hi Guys my visa has also been refused after interview. The reason of refusal is:

No declaration has been supplied by the third party concerned, to establish that these funds are being made available to you, as specified under appendix A of the immigration rule.

The evidence you have supplied to establish that funds are being made available to you is not acceptable because it fails to show that the money is accessible to you.

Interesting thing is i used the exact templates at the end of policy guidance. Even i provided fresh bank letters, statements and business plan in interview also. The interviewer didn't say anything about this letter in the interview but i had detailed interview. My business is (Business Consulting and Accounts) is running for the last 5 months. Also in decision they haven't mentioned even my interview or discussion. I think if this was the case then they should refuse straight away rather than wasting my time or even have asked in the interview to provide again or amended one.

I think they are doing all these things intentionally.

This might help to those who are going to apply or are going to interview and replying on third party funds should focus on this.

Regards
