Family visit for my brother in law

Hi,

I would like to invite my brother in law's family . He is brother for my wife .

Can he fill VAF1B to visit his sister ?

My wife is not working in the UK . I am working and have payslips and bank statements on my name only .

Who has to write Invitation letter ? me or my wife ?

Can you please help me how to proceed to enable them getting visit visa.

Depending upon which country they are applying from, they either have to complete online application form or complete the application in hand.

--> It doesn't matter who writes the invitation letter. you have to produce supporting documents so that they can apply on Family visitor-visa category. I would suggest you to attach a copy of your wife's passport along with your marriage certificate.
