Dependant ILR

Post by abc111 » Sun May 12, 2013 11:08 am

Hi,

Just came to find out the shocking news that dependant will have to wait for 5 years before applying for ILR.

I was under impression it was only 2 years.

My wife came in February 2011 as my dependant. I am Tier 1 G applicant and applying PEO appointment on 5th June with her.

What should I do? What's happening?

Thanks.

You should read the transition arrangements rather than jumping to incorrect conclusions.
