Supporting Documents MN1 Application

Post by SgtBellPepper » Sun May 12, 2013 12:23 pm

Can anyone clarify something for me please.

When applying to register a child using MN1 under section 3(5) are the following documents the ONLY ones required? :

Child’s full birth certificate

AND

Child’s passport of entry to the United Kingdom, and any subsequent passports

AND

Parents’ marriage certificate or civil partnership certificate

Or am I missing anything?

Thanks.

Yes for children living in the UK, the guide states what you need to send.

Yes it's for a child already living in the UK under 10 years old with ILR having completed more than the required 3 year residency requirement.

Appreciate the confirmation.

Just wanted to be certain that I was reading the guide correctly.

Thanks.

You will also need to provide the British parent passport (or other proof of BC).
