Finding tier 2 sponsor

Hi Everyone,

I am currently in Kosovo having recently returned here as my student visa run out a month ago. I have lived in the UK for more than 6 years and I want to go back in London to work but it is really hard to get a visa and it is even harder to find a company or a law firm ( I have finished my studies in law)) who is willing to sponsor my visa. I keep applying and sending emails to law firms but nothing. Does anyone know how can I proceed and be more successful with my applications? Also, am I allowed to look for work while on visitor visa?
