Dates and earning Confusion ILR! Plz help

I have been on tier 1 since 15 Sep 2009 and will be till 15 Sep 2014.

When is the latest I can apply.?
Can i include my payslip that i Got on 29April 2013 in earning criteria?

Hi dozywalia,

You can apply 28 before your current visa expire.

You can include your 12 month any consecutive 12 out of 15 previous months.

So, you can apply by mid of August 2014 and your 15 months period start roughly from July 2013.

you can apply 28 days before of the ILR eligible date.

Visa expires 15 Sep 2014 so I was under impression that I can apply my visa from 17 Aug onwards and take into account my payslips from 29 May 13 to 29 may 14 as long as i apply visa before 29 aug 14. Am i wrong?
