care arrangement for children...please its urgent...

i already have received my ent visa however my son was born here in UK few months back and now i have to apply for his dependant visa....i was going through the form and there it says to provide evidence of care arrangement for children....please can anyone elaborate as to what this is...

please i need a prompt reply as i am applying soon...thanks

Yes, that would require you to read and comply with para 40 of the PBS dependant policy guidance.

Thanks for your reply...but please can you tell me what documents as evidence i need to apply with....

do i need to provide a child minder certificate or an admission in the nursery or a letter from my relative who would me looking after my child when i would me working will be enough...

please do advise accordingly...
