Planning to complain in writting suggestion needed

Hi guys,

I applied around 20th November. PSW route.
However still its pending and no news. I have maintained all finance and documents but nowadays its too hard to get contract in my field because they all ask for visa documents. On paper reference letter by UKBA is valid but in reality nobody wants to take that risk as they can easily find someone else to do the job. I already lost few contracts due to same reasons. I am more than happy to provide any documents they need. I can not take a risk and start investing without visa, it does not make sense to me. I do not have extra money to waste.

Finally, I am planning to call them and if they still in process I will write written complain against UKBA. What is your suggestion on it?

WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR IS IT NOT WAY PAST SIX MONTHS SINCE YOU APPLIED. WRITE TO YOUR LOCAL MP AND COMPLAIN ABOUT UKBA, CALL UKBA, IF POSSIBLE CRY AS YOU SPEAK TO THEM ON THE PHONE.
