Surname issues - Tier 1 dependent

Hi

I am Tier 1 dependent in UK and we are eligible for ILR next month . I am in UK for the last 4 years and Set(o) form requires proof of my stay here.

Passport of mine has surname of my father.
Post marriage I had been using the surname of my husband. .

I had included my spouse name in my passport and have my marriage certificate . But these does not say my name has been changed to add this new surname .,

We had earlier gone for 3 extensions (Tier 1 ) and I had mentioned in the dependent form that I am been called with an alternate name and had been successful and as a proof I had submitted Indian marriage certificate

Query – As a Set (O) proof for myself, , I am bit confused on the surname issues

Passport - <firstName><XXX>
Life in the UK – <firstName><XXX>
Bankstatement/P60/Any document proof of mine in UK - <firstName><YYY>.
<FirstName> is the same name without change:)
Could you please guide me through whether I can show the marriage certificate and some photos and submit the proofs for my 2 year continous stay
