BRP Card not received

I got approved letter on PEO appointment . But still havent receveid BRP card. Today is 7th day. I called DX Courier Service and they said there is no parcel on my name or post code. What can i do ? Is anyone are in same situation . pls ?

Hi there, I was almost in the same situation, write to the email address provided in the letter. After just few days of doing this I had mine delivered.

Thanks for your reply. From the letter, it says email if you havent received BRP in 10 working days. Shall i wait for another 3 days or shall I email tomorrow ?

Hi there, hope you've got your BRP by now, if not, I suggest send the email right now, as it takes them 5 days to act/respond.

You must have been got it otherwise call them to inquire as is that has been dispatch?
