Residence permit for germany after marriage

Residence permit for germany after marriage

I am an Indian citizen and have married to a German citizen girl .
we marry in Italy because I have 1 year ( 365 days ) visa
we have married and now we have marriage certificate
I have indian passport and now my visa is expired .

my wife has house and work in Germany
Now i need residence permit of Germany but without visa it is possible ..
how can i go Germany as i have no visa ... i have not any italian document ..
i am still in italy ...


please help me

Secure and easy way will be to return back and apply EEA family permit.

Where is your wife now? Is she with you in Italy?

she is in italy ..
but may be i send her back to germany after 6 days

If your wife is in Italy, she is entitled to have her husband with her. If she leaves, your right to stay in Italy will lapse (not necessarily immediately).

I was confused by your statement that you had a year's valid visa for Italy, but that it's expired.

As your wife is German, national family re-unification rules may apply if you wish to relocate to Germany.

I came to italy on visa for 1year ..
but now its expire


how can i go to germat visa and apply for family re...
