Filling part 6 of Vaf4a form

Post by penny1012 » Wed May 15, 2013 11:20 am

Hi guys,

I have been refused Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and waiting for an appeal hearing date, I am thinking to withdraw my appeal, go back to my country, get married and apply for a spouse visa. I am worried about filling part 6 of the Vaf4a form especially 6.5 Have you ever been refused, deported, removed otherwise required to leave any country (including the UK) in
the last 10 years? and
6.6 Have you ever voluntarily elected to depart the UK before. A decision that a person is to be removed from the United Kingdom by way of directions under section 47 of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, was also given to me with my notice of decision. Will this have any adverse effect on my visa application if I withdraw my appeal for Tier 1 and apply as a spouse.

Many thanks.

Yes it possibly can,as your post shows you are trying to explore every method of wanting to enter the UK.

The ECO can easily conclude your intentions are that you have been refused one way and and are now trying to explore another. On the other hand if you meet all the criteria of the spouse visa, it would be difficult to refuse you.

However you must declare all previous refusals and be honest with all teh information you give
