Surrender of Indian passport - prepaid envelope

For surrendering the indian passport, we need to send a pre-paid self-addressed envelope to get the surrender certificate and cancelled indian passport back.

Is that all they return back , surrender certificate (A4 size I assume) and indian passport.

So do we have to send that big grey colour envelope from Royal mail to get back our documents?
