Tier 2 - ICT short term & Business visitor

Hi,

I just completed my 1 year short term assignment under Tier 2 ICT short term VISA. I have to visit UK for a different assignment for 3 months in next couple of months. The questions I have is,

A. Will I face any business VISA refusal since I'm just back from ICT (which has a cooling off period of 1 year to apply under the same category)

B. Will I face any ICT VISA refusal for any of my assignment which may come in future.
