If claiming child benefit.........

Post by Shoonoo » Wed May 15, 2013 7:15 pm

Hi my husband will be applying for his spouse visa soon as soon as I have the documents for applying.
Ok well basically can I still receive child benefit or will I have to stop it?
I had been told that I wouldn't have to stop it but want to make sure.
I was born here and my daughter also, my husband is from Pak.

Thanks in advance :)

No you won't. Just make sure tax credits is in joint names.
