Hello,
I am Polish National (WRS registered) working in UK continuously full time from 2004 till now.. In 2008 I started to study for a period of 3 years (till June 2011) and received student loan.
As I was working continuously can I claim permanent residence on the basis of being a worker in UK even though I studied at the same time?
In the application form EEC3 I need to fill the form on what basis I claim my permanent residence and I understand I can only claim it as a worker not as a student ( I didn't have comprehensive health insurance during my study so I can't claim on the basis being a student)?
I appreciate your prompt reply.
Paul
