Hi,
please i would like to be informed on those eligible for the Tier 1 Entrepreneur 50k and 200k visa application. Please can anyone kindly provide me with that information ? Am currently on a Tier 4 visa and i intend switching to a Tier1 Entrepreneur visa. Please is this possible?

Hi,
You are eligible for 50K route if you are successful to get Venture Capital firm which regulated by FSA.

Second option if you have 200K in your account or Third party account then you are eglible to apply.
You need score 10 points in English .
You need to score 10 points in Maintence.

For 200k if you are still on Tier 4 student visa then you can only make application outside UK.

Thanks a lot for your response, it was indeed helpful. However, please i would also like to know which is a registered venture capital firms regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK?. Am not sure what that is please
