Tier 1 ent Appeal

Hello All,

My visa has been refused to reason my name was not mentioned on some of the Advertising Material and they didt accept the Verified uk online copy of the statement because account number was not very clear on the statement.
I need expert advise how to make an appeal and what are the chances?
