Thank you guys. We have been calling and emailing all most everyday since we got this email and they have been saying only one thing - "Wait for response to that email. We will reply". It's been very frustrating and not clear what should we do? We have booked this appointment after long hours checking on site continually and sleepless nights. They can't just rescheduled to our inconvenience date!!
Sheraz, How to make an official complaint? We are waiting till coming Monday otherwise we will need to go official way.
