Ilr or PBS dependent extension?

Hi Everyone,
I am on tier 1 general and applying for ilr next month at peo. My wife is on my dependent visa which she got on the 17/11/11 and expires on the 1/7/13.(we got married on the 15/9/13 and she has been in uk on student visa since 11/2/4).
Now I am not sure whether she will get her ilr at the same time as me as we are not married for 2 years as yet. If not, will she has to apply for PBS dependent extension? If yes, which forms do we have to fill up and what fees will be applicable if we are applying on the same day at peo?
All your replies will be greatly appreciated as I am really confused and the time is running out.

We got married on the 15/9/11 and started living together from 26/9/11. From the links it seems she has to fill in PBS dependent form but I m still not sure about the fees. Will it be dependent applying separately i.e 1920 peo (as I m applying for ilr ) or will it be dependent applying at the same time I.e 1534 ( as I am applying on the same day.
