confusing

am student 3 year visa (tier4-) but there is no college at the moment it been cancelled(by UKBA) after got my visa 2 years ago and my query is i been with my girlfriend (UK CITIZEN) from 3 years and we got kid 6 months ago (WE DIDN'T MARRIED STILL) i don't know which visa to apply n how to proceed

I'm assuming UKBA have not written to you to vary your Tier 4 and you have 6 months or more leave left on your current visa (should have 1yr according to your description). You should probably apply for FLR(M). You will need documentation covering the time you have been with your partner to show that you have been together (include your childs birth cert. and enter details in the form) and meet the requirements - English and financial.
