10 Yrs - Set(m) rules

Post by lrk » Fri May 17, 2013 12:31 am

Hello,

I have received Indifinate leave to remain on 3 May based on 10 yrs rule. Previously i was on work permit.

My wife came as a dependent on my work permit visa in Mar 2011.

I have booked an appointment for my wife for Set(m) on 20 May.Some say she might have to move to flr(m) before Set(m). Can you please send specific links so that i can take out printouts as well in case they do not agree for Set(m) directly ?

Secondly, I moved to my house in March 2011 but changed addresses on bank statements in Jan 2012. However I have telephone line from April 11 initially on my name then got added my wife's name as well in Feb 2012.
My question is do I need to give few letters from each source eg bank statements separately, doctor letters separately, telephone bills few letters etc OR we can cover period of two years by one document from each source ?

Please plz advise and many thanks in advance.

A work permit dependant may apply for SET(O) under 196E.
