Life in UK Test VALIDITY

Hi All,
I would like to ask a question about the validity of the Life in UK test. I took a test in the third week of January, 2013 and my window appointment is on first week of June, 2013. The reason I took a test couple of months before is that I had plan to go back home for a month, but for some reason I couldn't.

I have heard that the syllabus of the Life in UK test has been changed since march and every candidate needs to pass the new test before applying for ILR.

So, my questions here are:
1) Is my life in UK test (which I took in January, 2013) result still valid for my application I am going to made in first week on June?
2) Or do I need to retake the test?
