Hi,
I am applying Tier 1 Entreprenuer Visa Outside UK with Team Member,

1) My Team Member is having £3100Maintance Fund and 100K Fund are one account only. Total £103100.

He is going get 2 letters from banks one for funds and other for Maintence from 90 days.

My query is the applicant can put Maintence and 100K in one account?
This that acceptable by UKBA??

yes he can. make sure fund doesnt go below that even a penny in any single transaction and make sure u dont use that fund to pay yr visa fees

Thanks a lot for your valuable reply.
My team member is showing one account both Maintenance and £100k funds in one account. He is maintaining £3100 from last 90 days. His total balance is £1,03,100 till date.

Whereas mine is straight forward 100K one accounts and 3100 Maintence in another for 90 days.

I am bit worried about him.
