Bring appeal forward???

Post by ahussa » Sat May 18, 2013 2:57 pm

Hello

I applied for my wife to come from pakistan refused for wrong reasons alleging that i never provided docz.

Anyhow i have appealed and am due to hear after 15 july on the hearing date.

Someone told me that if there are special circumstances i can write to tribunal to expediate the process.

Has anyone ever managed to bring appeal forward and expediate the process share your thoughts

Thanks

Hi brother,

Hope you are well, I see you are from Glasgow and same as me. May I ask can you PM me as I am waiting for this bloody process.

I do not think they listen as I have been waiting as well but not heard anything for last 5 months bloody nuisance.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thanks

Hi

When you appeal it takes 19 weeks for the court to write to you with a hearing date then usually just days prior to the hearing date the entry clearance manager in the visa centre where the original visa application was made will again look over the grounds of appeal along with accompanying docz if any to see whether they will re consider decision

Hi Bro,

Can you please tell us what reason will they consider? I need to ask them put the date forward. My civil partner was denied using wrong immigration rules and unlawfully denied. I also suffer from severe depression. Can I write to them to expedite the process?

Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you

The subject of your email should(expedite my hearing) and you must mention your appeal number, name and Address on the letter

Thanks

What sort of information do I have to include in the letter? Did you attach the letter or copied and pasted into the email?
