Tier 2 G visa ext (documents for dependent spouse and 16yr )

Please can you tell me what documents are needed to be sent with application for dependent spouse and 16 year old dependent, for a Tier 2 General visa extension

Hi there
If ur spouse and child are applying at the same time as u then they don't ve to show maintenance, when I applied I placed our marriage certificate birth certificate to show both parents name , passports 2 photos each .
If they are applying separately then in addition to above doc copy of ur passport with covering letter
