Just set up my Employment business(agency) and l have recruited and employed few staff in my company on zero hour contract which am the Director and about putting our staff in temp and perm placement. Our company will also be responsible in offering them training time to time and pay their remuneration although they are not under our direct supervision as staff are hired out to our clients. The company specialise in healthcare sector staffing.Does this job qualifies for NQF level 6 as hr manager/director or recruitment manager. Hope am not working below the par.
