Switching from Residence Card to Tier 2 (ICT)

Hi Team
I am writing on behalf of an employer and we are granted a specific number of allocations for Intra Company Transfer (tier 2) visa every year.

We have an employee in UK, who is currently on Residence Card (Family member of an EEA National). She is currently going through a divorce process and wants to change her visa status from the current Residence Card to under Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) work permit. How do we go about this? The company is happy to take her under Tier 2 ICT visa.

Secondly, is there any other way she can continue working in UK after she gets her divorce?

Any help on this will be highly appreciated.
