All it depends on how you present your case and defend yourself and satisfy judge with valid reasons.

Yes, you may not complete your application and supporting documents with an argument to complete in appeal.
The appeal systems backlog is huge! I have read somewhere that they're receiving thousands (minimum 3-5k) of appeals every week. I personally submitted an appeal on the 13th of April, payment was taken out 10days later and I've heard NOTHING ever since.babylondoner wrote:september that is five months !
