care arrangement ? under 18

What is evidence for care arrangement for under 18 years old. My 2 dependent children are 14 and 16 and they live with us that is their parents. Please advise whether to send anything for tier 2 general ext application

You don't need to send anything extra as when you fill the application it ll be evident that the main applicant is responsible and will support and manage the finances and accommodation.
