Best Indian bank for FCNR account

I'm very confused, so would like opinions of members from India in the UK, enjoying NRI status.

What is the best bank in india for opening a FCNR account?

Best in terms of customer service, politeness, ease of access (UK and in India) etc. Perhaps not so concerned with interest rates.
