I've got my ILR in May-2013 while my wife is still on Tier 1 (General) Dependant until Feb 2015 and she can't apply ILR because she is in the UK for last 14 months
Baby born on December-2012 while i was on Tier 1 (General) migrant visa at that time
Can i apply for baby's British citizenship when only one parent (ie. myself) has got ILR?
