Tier 2 Help

Hi,

I have recently learnt that there are agencies/companies in the UK who sponsor workers under tier 2 and get them to contract to other companies for a percentage of the wage. Can ANYONE give me a list of these as i am looking to be sponsored as well, i am a financial expert.. HELP
