new ESOL requirement for ILR

Post by ferryahmed82 » Thu May 23, 2013 8:30 am

Hi forum

I need to ask about ESOL requirement which is mandatory from October 2013. For this ESOL exam do we have to study at some institution or it can be studied alone, just as we study Life in the UK book and give exam, similarly, can we study any ESOL book and give the exam?

Also, I am not understanding the required level that it should be CEFR B1 level or Entry Level 1,2 or 3? Anyone have any idea about this?

Are there any particular centres at which the exam is given (just like life in the UK test), or it can be given anywhere?

Could you please provide me with any information in this regard?

Thanks

You can't study for the ESOL qualification at home. You may find this helpful.
