dividend voucher query

Hello All ,

One query if anyone can help

I had to take 4000.00 in dividend in month of november , due to transfer limit I did two transaction on same day , can anyone advise do I need two seperate dividend voucher or 1 voucher ?

Assuming the resolution of the Board of Directors refers to just one dividend payment, just one dividend voucher would be expected.

only one query in case UKBA comes back and ask there is one voucher and two payments . any suggestion please

I would be amazed if it was queried, but if it is, just explain about the transfer limit.
