Please cld someone advice me.
i have a retained right of residence after divorce from my EEA family member.
I am now living with my patner who is a non EU citizen and our daughter who is 17months.
Can i include both of them using form EEA4 when applying for PR and if possible what documents do i need to show proof of relationship and how long do we need to be leaving together.

Nothing has changed from the answer given to the same question two weeks ago (although you said you remarried in the previous post).
