Change of Sponsor in Tier 2 ICT

Hi Guys... I have made several queries in past but i am still looking for a way.... and found this in my COS .. can someone please explain it to me

In my COS - below are the details : Based on this can I change my sponsor ? The client contract on which I am has been given to another company so can the new company hire me ?

Select the ICT sub-category under which leave will be applied for: Tier 2 (ICT Established Staff)

Current certificate status: ASSIGNED
Current certificate status date: 17 May 2011

Sponsor note: Tier 2 (ICT) Long Term Staff
