confirmation of employment heading

Hi all, i know this question came up million times,but cant find it,as using mobile phone right now.

please can anyone tell,on letter of employment who employer should address to? "Ukba,London"??

my employer cant write "to anyone whom it may concern" for unknown to me reason.

I would be grateful for any replies...

If its for a spouse visa, then they can write:(example)

To:
The Entry Clearance Officer
British Embassy
New York
USA

You need to it address it to the BHC post where your spouse is applying from.

Most employers are reluctant to write to Whom it may Concern, as they would like to know who they are writing to and for what purpose.
