Naturalisation Application Forecast

Post by teawithlemon » Thu May 23, 2013 7:32 pm

Does anyone know which month of the year naturalisation application takes longer to process for HO. And standard naturalisation application5 yrs residency+1 year ILR or Naturalisation as a British spouse 3 yrs residency+ ILR is quicker in general ? Thank you.

There is no guarantee an application will be processed faster. Many applications are currently taking 6-8 weeks. Using the NCS may expedite an application as it should be error free.

It is really hard for a settled person to made an error on application. As on the form it is all combination of very simple question. All NCS does is verified the documents so applicant doesnt need to send original documents. But applicant can request the documents back and HO will return the documents back with in 20 days, as far as I know that wont effect naturalisation application or right of abode application ?

The errors are usually regarding the residency requirement rather than errors on the forms itself.
