How to speak to some one at British Nationality?

Post by stoorrey » Fri May 24, 2013 11:01 am

Hi
I need to talk to the British Nationality but don't know how to do it. The No they have given in the acknowledge Letter (0845 010 5200) can take you no where, all the options at the end terminates the call without you being able to speak to any one.
Is there any way round to actually talk to some one to make a query?

Regards

I believe that the UKBA has restructured its customer contact options to exclude telephone enquiries. This may be due to redirecting staff resources to tackle backlogs while maintaining service standards for fresh applications.

You will have to make do with emailing via the address already provided above.
