Name error in dependents name

Hi,

My friend is sponsoring dependent visa of his wife from PK. Her name is 'Syeda Hina Ahsan'. After marriage the name changed to 'Syeda Hina Tahir'

She has got an affidavit for name change confirming 'Syeda Hina Ahsan' and 'Syeda Hina Tahir' are same.

The problem is that in marriage certificate the old name is mentioned as . 'Hina Ahsan' where as in old passport and educational certificates it is 'Syeda Hina Ahsan' . the new passport has the new name ' Syeda Hina Tahir'

Do you think the name 'Hina Ahsan' (Not the complete old name 'Syeda Hina Ahsan' in marriage certificate can create a problem during visa processing?

If yes, what are the solution?
1. Correct the name in marriage certificate - (it is very very long process)
2. Get another affidavit confirming 'Hina Ahsan' and 'Syeda Hina Ahsan' are name of same person.

Dont think it will be a problem but make it safe by getting an affidavit to address the name change as the same person.

Do you mean he should get one more affidavit confirming that name 'Hina Ahsan' in marriage certificate and her old name 'Syeda Hina Ahsan' are of the same person?

Because he already have an affidavit confirming that old name 'Syeda Hina Ahsan' and new name ' Syeda Hina Tahir' referring to the same person.
