wrong name on surrender certificate

wrong name on surrender certificate

Hi All,

I have recently applied for a surrender certificate and recieved it a few days ago, only to notice that my fathers surname is spelt wrongly!!

Any ideas, how this could get changed. I have emailed them, but not sure whether they will reply back. The calling number is a premium line, which annoys me to say the least!

Please advise
