The best bet is to contact ukba bcos it is clearly stated on their website that your dependant is not restricted to work!!

Alhamdolillah got the visa along with dependants.

Work Restricted
No Dr/Dnts train

What is the restriction on work although it is clearly mentioned in guideline that dependants can work full time.

Is there any restriction for self employment or something else?

It just means your dependent cannot work as a dentist or doctor.

I have to correct you there. It means they can work as a full fledged dentist or doctor but not as someone undergoing training posts such as senior house officer, registrar or similar kind of training posts.
