Getting error occurred while applying online

Dear members,

Please help. I am applying for general visitor visa for myself and my 3 old son, for a visit of 15 days. I am employed as a faculty in a reputed management Institute in India for last 10 years. My husband is currently doing his P.hD in UK. I am planning to visit him, and also attend a conference. My registration for the conference has been sponsored by the organizers. The rest of the expenditure on travel is personal - by me and my husband. While filling up section 7 on visiting friends or/and family, I encounter the message that an error has occurred while processing the application, and I should indicate what was the last action and question answered. Why am I getting this error? How can I move forward in my application for VISA?
