Rental Agreement for supporting eduvince

Post by azo » Sun May 26, 2013 11:08 am

Hi, I want to clarify something.

I submitted a photocopy of my rental agreement and a original letter by the letting company stating that I was on a roll over part of contract and that my wife could stay at the above address with permission of the landlord. Which goes like:

We write to confirm your landlord of the above property has given permission for your wife to join at the property and become a tenant there. Your current lease will move on to a rolling contract as of the 9th of May until either yourself or the land serves notive.

Regards
Blah blah
Lettings.

Should I have sent a original rental agreement or will it be a problem.

Any help on how to solve this if this is not correct.

What you provided sounds good to me. It shouldn't be a problem - in fact it is more of a plus as your wife wouldn't have been on the original contract.

Sorry, I was trying to find out if an original rental agreement was needed or would a photocopy of it do.
